Hi Andrew, I don't think we're at a point where this is already being automated by some piece of software. For sure, this would require a lot more than just a TiddlyWiki plugin... instead it would require an adaptor for some screen capturing tool ...running TiddlyWiki with certain not- yet-available-parameters.
However, the last free (portable) version of Faststone Capture [1] is a nice screen capturing tool for win. On top of that I would suggest FildeDropPlugin [2] to drag and drop the newly created onto tiddlywiki if creating the tiddler manually is too much of a hassle. Cheers, Tobias.
