Hi Andrew and Tobias

I use Lightshot - (a browser plugin for Google Chrome)
http://lightshot.skillbrains.com/
Its fast and simple - sometimes I use Aviary Screencapture - "Capture
any webpage by adding Aviary.com/ to the beginning of the URL!" alas
it doesn't work with TiddlyWiki documents - maybe because of the
javascript involved?

If there was a screencapturetool which could convert a temporary image
to data on the fly - in would be easier to implement into a TiddlyWiki
plugin... however a service as Lightshots, where you simply upload
your screenshot - might be automated - so you'll get the url and put
it into a template, when using <<newTiddler macro, should be possible.
However it should create an Url in a way similar to the writewith.me
service... maybe it will be possible one of these days :-)

Cheers Måns Mårtensson
