(1)yes it did

I personally prefere to group by functionality. That's why there may
be more than one plugin + templates + CSS inside one repo/spot/space.
And that's why my desire is, to have a mechanism to get notified per
tiddler, if needed.

Even with my mechanism it needs more than one space to introduce a new
plugin.
Eg. I have to use at least 2 spaces:
@jit-fd .. which contains a "naked" plugins and library space.
@jammp .. "jit another mind map plugin" is the presentation space,
with some examples.

If I want to have more then one diagram style, there will be even more
separated @jit-?? spaces. I have no problem with more library spaces.
I have a problem, that they have to be "naked", to be used without a
lot of "example tiddler noise" with tiddlyspace inclusion.

@jammp:  http://jammp.tiddlyspace.com/

You are absolutely right.

Have a look at the latest input [1] it is 5 days old. Having a look at
Paulo Soares space, you'll see that the plugin was edited on 14th. So
for me it seems to do an automatic job. The only problem is, that it
doesn't take new repo's.

You are right. But with the help of an automatic system, that knows
where to look at, and generates an automatic list, of new and updated
plugins, outside of hoster or tiddlyspace. I don't think, that there
will be all plugins ported to the new platform.
