I recently installed the Player plugin which is pretty useful, however I would like to know how to 1. enumerate a folder on my local machine (I am running XP) for a certain file pattern (for example only Quicktime movies *.MOV) 2. display the results in TiddlyWiki as thumbnails 3. where each thumbnail is a link to open/play the full video 4. clicking the thumbnail causes the video to open in a new tiddler in the Player plugin. a) The markup is autogenerated to embed the media in the player, and the user just has to add tags, text, etc, and voila! b) If an existing tiddler contains a Player that references that media file, the existing tiddler opens instead. c) Maybe make it an option whether to open the existing tiddler or a new tiddler if the media is found in a tiddler.
