We have discussed a feature called "personal overlay bags" where a user could arrange for tiddlers from a bag they specify to be overlaid over every space that they visit. It first came up when we were working in the summer with an intern who had impaired vision: the idea was for him to be able to overlay a special high visibility stylesheet onto the spaces that he visited.
