Thanks Jeremy for endorsing my handout. The event went well with many open source developers sharing their projects. Among them were people from debian, fedora, openfonts, database and seach engine, etc.
It was a great chance to show TW at this event*) in Vietnam. At least three fellow speakers that I've accounted for - have used TW already. I think a wiki should always be part of an open source event, and not always about other big wikis like Mediawiki or else. I was given a chance to present a talk and a subsequent workshop the next day for a bit intro in details. More than 20 people gathered at the workshop. My tutorial itself is self explanatory so there was not much to tell except showcasing of what a TW can do. The event was a bit unsorted like I needed to do some kind of self-marketing to attract people so they're willing to attend during the days. I didn't bring any souvenir depicting TW while the others provide some (like stickers, pin, T-shirts) in such event. More on this is put in a Vietnamese blog here, http://nguyentieuhau.wordpress.com/2010/11/15/cam-nhan-ve-fossasia-2010/ Therefore TW is known in Vietnam, and soon it will be translated in Vietnamese:) Handoko - www.datacom.co.id/blog.html *) fossasia.org On Nov 4, 1:11 am, Jeremy Ruston <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi Handoko > > Thehandoutis great, thanks for sharing it.
