The local addresses are preceded by a 'file:///' So in Windows it would be like file:///C:/Users/GodHimself/Documents/RecordOfSins/ The folder RecordOfSins would contain all the sins of humanity :-)
In case you are using Windows7 and are wondering where to get the full address of a folder from, just open the folder and on the top address bar right click on the folder name and there is an option 'copy address'.
