Hi! I had some problems with Saq's FootnotesPlugin (1), so I disabled all my other plugins and then slowly re-enabled them. I found out that two plugins apparently interfere with it: IsDirtyPugin (2) and MessageLogPlugin (3).
IsDirtyPugin (2) apaprently prevents automatic saving. If you save manually, the message (4) doesn't appear. MessageLogPlugin (3), however, saves automatically, but the message (4) still appears, even if you save manually. I confirmed this behavior by importing just these three plugins into an empty TW.
