Hmm, good point. I guess the title doesn't quite fit. The point is, if I have FootnotesPlugin enabled, IsDirtyPlugin and MessageLogPlugin cause problems. So I can't have all three enabled at the same time. I don't know which is the culprit. IsDirtyPlugin and MessageLogPlugin work fine side by side.
