Hello Mike, Have you tried the same in a blank tiddlywiki? If so, what happens? If not, try that first.
Having done that, you could import your stuff back into the blank wiki in meaningful batches... and see when things break. For importing, I would suggest you use Eric's instant bookmarklet of ImportTiddlersPlugin [1]. If none of this helps, you could upload your document (or the problematic bits) somewhere (using dropbox, etc...) so that we can take a look at what might be wrong. Cheers, Tobias.
