This is what really concerns me about the future of tiddlywiki. It seems that osmosoft is moving towards tiddlyweb/space. So how will tiddlywiki go further? The adaptions osmosoft proposes are often/sometimes tiddlyweb specific. I would really more appreciate a *documented* server interface. E.g. that would allow a user/developer to (more) easily just replace server requirements with local storage. It would also help to clarify: what is tiddlywiki, what is tiddlyweb in terms of code. Maybe a practical approach could be to add some js to tiddlers requiring a server backend like: requireServer which would alert the user on this. But really I think tiddlywiki is not tiddlyweb. In my view tiddlyweb is more like a CMS thing like drupal or something like couchdb. For me it would be important to know the vision of osmosoft with respect to tiddlywiki. If tiddlywiki is "just" going to be a frontend to tiddlyweb I think a lot of attractiveness is going away. thanks, Vlak -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TiddlyWiki" group.
