MyMap only defines where tiddlers are positioned. If you try to open a tiddler that isn't defined in MyMap, it will appear at a random location.

As mentioned before, this is an issue because editing functionality hasn't been added yet. This is relatively simple to do however and I'm expecting to support this, even simply, soon. Building a presentation will simply mean dragging the tiddlers around into the correct positions and resizing to suit ones needs.
