I seem to remember having issues with margins I made a few tweaks to http://pocketguide.tiddlyspace.com/ It's probably worth checking this and see if it improves your situation (in particular try http://pocketguide.tiddlyspace.com/#StyleSheetPrintA4 tiddler)
