You may get better help if you are more specific as to your problem, 
perhaps I'm not the only one who didn't fully understand exactly what 
problem you're experiencing - what do you mean by "can't access" those 
tiddlers?

What are the specific steps you've tried and what error messages or other 
results do you get, compared to what you would expect?

Also, what version/flavor of TW are you using, what browser/versions have 
you tried?
