If you change one bit in a paragraph the checksum will change ... all references are broken, if they are not dynamically rewritten. Linking from external sources to one of your paragraphs imo will allways be broken after some time. (1/2 a year, 1-2 years ...) A TW tiddler permalink with some text eg: see: "end of the text" imo will be more stable. Due to the nature of TW you'll need to keep the tiddler title ;)
