Oh, one more idea: How about an option to automagically make appearences/mentions of existing tiddlers into links - just like CamelCase words do! And, with the smooth alternative to add a ~ if one wants to disable it locally.
Again, IMO this feels like the natural and more general case for TW or any wiki.
