I assume that some of those tiddlers you imported were plugins. Depending upon how old those plugins are, they may have compatibility problems with the newer TWCore. To isolate the cause, you should try disabling all plugins in your document (use backstage>plugins) and then reload. If the problem goes away, then you know it's caused by an errant plugin. Then, re-enable the plugins, one at a time, testing each time, until the problem re-appears. The last plugin you re- enable will be the culprit. Hopefully, there's a more recent revision on the plugin author's site that fixes the problem.
