Hmmm... that shouldn't be happening. Are you certain that the only
difference is the upgraded TWCore?
Can you post an MTC ("Minimal Test Case") that reproduces the
problem. That way, I can attempt to debug it.

You can also use

to limit the number of tiddlers open at one time
