Most if not all browsers have enhanced security features that generate several issues with TW. One of these issues is importing, other is uploading to Tiddlyspot.
I get around these issues by installing an old portable version of FF 3.6 than may be downloaded from: http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/firefox_portable/localization#legacy36 As this version does not have the enhanced security features, I use the above version only for TW and nothing else.
