That's a clever solution. But it does seem that TW is becoming hedged around making it less and less portable.
Maybe there could be a java stub -- like there is for saving -- that will allow these advanced features to continue working on all browsers. Of course, the other day there was an NPR report that Java has some serious security leaks. What I really want is the ability to tell the browser, "Go ahead and grant whatever privileges are necessary for this particular local web page."
