OK, I'm hoping to get some clues as to what may be going wrong with my system from the fact that opening a TW makes them go wrong faster.

I'm running a fresh (ess than two weeks old) install of Arch Linux with TW 2.6.5, FF 16.0.2 and TiddlyFox 1.0alpha3.

After running for some time - on the order of four hours - I start getting corrupted characters displaying in all programs. If I scroll the screen so that they disappear of the top or bottom and scroll back, then the correct characters are displayed again. I know this isn't directly related to TW as it happens whether I am using TW or not.

However, if I open a TW, this corruption happens immediately. I've been testing this quite extensively over the last week or so and it is reproducible.

Any ideas at all most gratefully received.

Many thanks,

David Shaw
