Unfortunately, this seems to be hitting everyone in the TW ecosystem... Firefox changed their permissions as of version 15. I'm using FF14 for all my TW needs, as even Jeremy's excellent TiddlyFox extension isn't catching all TW's I load.
I'm not familiar with TWS, but I suspect it's just easier to carry a USB stick with Portable Firefox 14 for Mac/Windows/Linux, and all my TW files! If you can host your mGSDEnhanced file somewhere, it does have the UploadPlugin (see http://thinkcreatesolve.biz/mGSDEnhancements.html#UploadPluginDoc or your UploadPluginDoc Tiddler for details) which works in any FF version (so far!)
