Hi Manny Do you know which version of Firefox you are using? Although you mentioned that you hadn't changed anything on your computer, Firefox has a habit of automatically updating itself the latest version without intervention on your part, which may well be the cause of these problems.
Also, can you try downloading a fresh copy of TiddlyWiki from tiddlywiki.comand seeing if you can save changes with it?
