Are you trying to use FCKeditor and TiddlyWiki from your local system
- or from the net?
If it's the first scenario, I'm afraid you won't succeed.
A year ago it was possible to use FCKeditor or CKeditor in a TW on
your local file system.
Security restrictions added to all browsers (I know of) has made it
impossible to use it like this anymore...

You'll need to put the FCKeditor folder in a directory online - and
your TWs too...
