Hello Alex,

A long time ago Jon Robson was working on a filter plugin to extend the 
existing syntax which was experimental.
I don't know if he kept developing it further.
However if does exactly what you want (I think).
It's called AdvancedFilterTiddlersPlugin [1].

The syntax you may need with this plugin is thus:

<<list filter [tag[TagA]tag[TagB]]>>
