Shashi, Not withstanding any security issues simply Don't Share The Folder in which you place your tiddlywiki with anyone.
I have Dropbox on all my devices iPhone, Adnroid Table, Home Laptop, Work Laptop and occasionally an old ultra-portable. On my work laptop I use the Selective Sync option to only sync a few folders, and the mobile devices only sync selected (Favorite) files. I have also recently stopped syncing some shared folders that other access to avoid being hit with unexpected multi-file synchronization events. Are you opening a local synced file or using TiddlyWiki in the Sky ? I am not currently using TiddlyWiki in the Sky.
