A TW document posted to your public Dropbox folder is accessible to
everyone for *viewing* and, depending on how the document settings are
configured, it may also be possible to edit content while viewing the
document remotely (i.e., using http://).  However... you cannot *save*
any changes back to Dropbox unless you have entered the proper account/
password for authenticated access to Dropbox... either by installing a
Dropbox client application, or by using "TiddlyWiki In The Sky with
Dropbox", which enables editing *and* saving TW document directly to
Dropbox, without any client-side installation.

In addition, if you want to prevent people from casually viewing
specific tiddler sources, you could use:
   http://www.TiddlyTools.com/#TiddlerPasswordPlugin
(Note that this is not a strong encryption protection... just a simple
'who goes there?' check...)
