You are seeing the new "fallback" saving handler that is triggered when the 
standard handler (in your case, the TiddlySaver.jar) fails.  Recent updates 
to java have caused problems with the old TiddlySaver.jar.  The fallback 
uses the browser's "download" handler to get the file saved on your local 
drive, without needing the TiddlySaver.jar  If you set Chrome to "always 
ask" where to put downloaded files, you can use that dialog to select and 
overwrite your existing TW document, so that it is updated when you next 
open/reload it.
