Hi Anton,
If you changed the "text" part of your clickify macro to include the
formTiddler macro:
/<<clickify newTiddler label:"New Male" title:{{prompt("Enter a new
Male Character Name")||"NewMale"}}   tag:"Male" tag:"Character"
text://{{"<<formTiddler [[///CharacterTemplate/]]>"+">"}}>> /
then after saving the tiddler, you'd have a tiddler containing a form
that you could fill out.

But perhaps I'm not understanding exactly what you want?

Down the road, after a save and reload, there is a tiddler with a form that has the name and the content I last put in it ...

But the result of that command is to open an edit window on the raw thing

        <<formTiddler [[CharacterTemplate]]>>

I have to close&save that edit to get the form, then fill in the form.
Its a bit disconcerting having that step.

Whereas this seems to elimante that step

<<newTiddlerWithForm
 CharacterTemplate
 "New Male"
'"New name for Male Character "' askUser
>>

It doesn't set the tag.
