Hi H.A.S and Bob, As you've found, TW5 currently only supports "raw" MathML. The plan is to integrate MathJax via a plugin, which will come fairly soon.
Bob's correct that TW5 is still pre-beta, and subject to occasional changes that are not backwards-incompatible. The people who are using it regularly tend to have an interest in the ongoing development, and take part in the discussions that shape the development of the project.
