In my case, at the office and at home : Windows 7, Firefox (I don't remember the version, but probably up to date the 5th of august) and saving with the TW5 save button + Tiddlyfox extension (1.0alpha18) The only things I have changed until now : a newer version of Firefox (25), and a newer empty.html file (after the fix for the search in binary pictures tiddlers)
