@Daniel I have just about the same configuration (Win7 Pro not Ent but same chrome) and I can not get it working. Can you detail what files you changed? I added the lines from @PVHL to my C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\lib\security\java.policy file but it did not seem to do anything. I even moved my wiki dir to C:\tw just to be sure.
