The problem you're having probably isn't directly related to the TiddyWiki 
core version you're using.  If I recall correctly, TiddlyLock works by 
creating a 'lock file' in the same directory as the TiddlyWiki document 
(for the first user to load the document), and then checking to see if that 
lock file exists (for subsequent users).  Unfortunately, this almost 
certainly uses "privileged" local file I/O functions that are no longer 
permitted by most browsers.
