Hi Tobias

I'll never support TiddlyLock-type functionality with TiddlyFox. TiddlyLock
is broken; it tries to do something that is only possible if you've got
atomic file system operations. Using TiddlyLock for it's intended purpose
would lead to data loss under stress.
