Hey, Jerry, welcome to TW world.

In TW, each tiddler can be considered a page and it's up to you to decide 
how you want to display them. You can transclude (nest) many tiddlers in a 
"master" tiddler, display many tiddlers at once like a blog or only display 
one tiddler at a time. While TW itself contains many basic functionalities, 
you can also import plugins to add additional functionalities, as well as 
different themes. Or you can write your own. In fact, you can make TW look 
and function like the old Wikipedia. And everything except pictures will 
still be in the same file. If you have specific questions about a 
functionality or whatever, don't hesitate to ask.
