One option that might work you is importing your existing wiki into TiddlySpace or TiddlyWeb and then exporting the content as a JSON-based collection of tiddlers that will have attributes that include both the original tiddler text and most of the resulting HTML[1]. You could then process this JSON to get the content into other tools. That is: The JSON becomes as useful intermediate format.
