Isn't it? > Good points. I was trying to say that conventional software developers already have a panoply of tools at their disposal, and that they are not the audience for TiddlyWiki. There's always some pressure to extend and adapt TW to make it more like a developer tool - the more advanced users crave the same freedoms and capabilities as general purpose webdev tools. But, one of the things that has indeed proved to be special about TiddlyWiki is that it lowers the barriers to creating custom applications so that almost anyone can do it -- the critical point being that one doesn't need a server to deploy them. (In fact, I believe that managing ones own server is a much bigger barrier to participation on the web than learning to code). It's also more accessible - for instance, one can benefit from the fact that TiddlyWiki incorporates an MVC engine without having to know that it has one. Maybe we need a new word for this new activity that mixes writing with fabricating the interactive context in which it is intended to be read...
