Apologies for the very late reply. This only happens if you're running
tiddlywiki --version inside a wiki folder that includes the filesystem
plugin; part of the process of starting up on both the browser and Node.js
is to save the story list. You can avoid it by including the "doNotSave"
section of the tiddlywiki.info file:
