Interestingly, there was no tiddlywiki.info. I created one, but I had to restart "tiddlywiki --server..." for it to take effect. Now, I see about a dozen themes that I didn't see before. So, this is already bearing fruit. Further investigation reveals that I picked an arbitrary path to run, and if I had known, then I would have discovered all the things I want are already there in the .npm path. Now that I know this, I think I can figure out the rest.
