I have found a trivial bug. This should probably be a "log and ignore"
response. Please tell me the expected way to report bugs. In the
meantime, I will record it here:
If you specify a plugin that does not exist
(/usr/lib/node_modules/tiddlywiki/plugins/<missing>),
/usr/lib/node_modules/tiddlywiki/boot/boot.js:1234
