1. All desktop browsers (as far as I know) 2. Windows, OS X, or Linux 3. Windows Explorer, OS X Finder, or Linux file manager 4. Into the TiddlyWiki5 browser window 5. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows-vista/moving-and-copying-files-by-using-the-drag-and-drop-method So, it's the familiar kind of dragging files that people have been doing since the mid-1980s.
