I'm saying that 5.0.6 and earlier treat tiddlers differently that have type=application/javascript and a value for the module-type field. They get stored in the TiddlyWiki file in a way that is invisible to the import process. So, it is not possible to import such tiddlers into 5.0.7. That's why I'm suggesting changing their type and resaving in 5.0.6, so that you can import into 5.0.7. Then you can change the type back again. Future imports will work fine.
