You asked "If you want a desktop wiki, why are you using the node JS version?" TW said it was a better option (easier to save and other features) so I figured I'll go with that. In the other hand it requires a client/server infrastructure and the resulting wiki is tied to the host server. That means you will have several files instead a single one. If you only want a wiki desktop that you can grab with you, tiddlyDesktop + TW in single html file is definitively the best option.
