For me the toggle button at http://tw5toolbar.tiddlyspot.com/ works as it should work: Select a 'toggle style' and click the toggle button. All 4 styles work as expected. I tested it with Windows 7 (64-bit), Firefox v27, Chrome v33, Opera v18, and Internet Explore v11. Today I tested it inder Debian v7.4, Iceweasel (Firefox) v17, and Chrome v33. In case you are talking of your own wiki: Did you follow my guide: drag & drop the 9 tiddlers belonging to the toggle button? If so, you can check if styles and $:/tags/stylesheet tag are applied when switching styles and/or click the toggle button. See 'How does the toggle button work?' in the 'Toggle width/sidebar' button tiddler for instructions.
