Tried newtiddler, too. I put it in a tiddler tagged $:/tags/ViewToolbar, and it grabs the skeleton tiddler and creates a tiddler with the title I used, with the fields and everything, but does not grab the title of the source tiddler and turn it into a tag on the new tiddler.
