__All__ browser vendors removed the possibility to access the local filesystem, due to security restrictions. I think FireFox 16 was the last one, that could directly save TW. Now we are using TiddlyFox [1] AddOn to save a file TW with the latest browser. You could also use TiddlyDesktop [2] with TWc.
