I like that. I like that it is not only Non-linear, but can be made linear and multi-dimentionally heirarchical with the right plugins and such.
Particularly, I like -TagsTreePlugin, (the updated version) -TreeViewPlugin, http://twt-treeview-executive.tiddlyspot.com/ (I prefer this one over TagsTreePlugin, but because i use giewiki as my main, I Can't use TreeViewPlugin) -The script that TobiBeer uses in conjunction with AccordionMenu and Tagsearch (in zzConfig and MainMenu) in his tbGTD.tiddlyspot.com, I think the value of the Organizing power of Tiddlywiki comes from the fact that it's not JUST non-linear, nor is it JUST a limited hybrid of non-linear and linear (like Evernote). You have so much control of how things get organized and displayed! I began using Tiddlywiki in full force when I had the tools to begin quickly and seemlessly tag/organize, and then view/browse/*KEEP TRACK OF*the info I had organized. This is actually the central reason I haven't moved to TW5. Or any other random software that doesn't provide the ease of of creation/organizing/browsing that you get with TagSearchPlugin+TagsTreePlugin+NewHerePlugin+TiddlersBar. And I've got good news! *There have been some great visualizations and mind-mappings done!* (of TWC at least) http://mindmaps.tiddlyspace.com/ http://ideia.tiddlyspot.com/ http://jammp.tiddlyspace.com/ On Sunday, April 27, 2014 1:58:39 PM UTC-7, Smandoli wrote: > > My own summary sounds a bit different, because it is not about finding the > place of TW in a taxonomy of software.
