Wikipedia needs an application called Mediawiki which again needs MYSQL at the backend. TW's goal is way too different from the goal of that of Mediawiki. Wikepedia does give away all its database for free download which can be hosted. But importing the same in TW5 would be an herculean task (probably not possible considering the size and the load time of TW5) and is also not advisable.
