Hi Devin Just getting back from a trip and seeing this post.
My rough description of TiddlyWiki (standalone version): a mini database of note cards stuffed into one webpage file which is quickly searchable. The notecards can be text, tables, images, iframes, timelines and more, can contain macros, filters and plugins, and can be connected and organized by tags, hyperlinks and lists. The entire file is infinitely customizable via CSS, color palettes, themes and tagging/untagging page elements. Uses: 1. I use TW to publish resources in Spanish online at http://www.giffmex.org/recursosgiffmex.htm. 2. I use TW for my contacts, productivity and information at hand. 3. I use TW as a photo gallery of personal photos and images I find on the web (like a local, private version of pinning on Pinterest or bookmarking) 4. I use TW to organize my personal and professional notes. 5. I have recently started to use TW to publish 'slide presentations' for my students.
