The behaviour you are requesting was part of TiddlyWiki classic. .. Transcluding tiddler sections and slices.
This behaviour is removed from TW it there is probably no chance to get it back. So he probably convinced me :) The way to go with TW5 is different now. Just create smaller tiddlers with tags and use the list widget to combine them afterwards. The core functionality to do this is part of TW already. ... The problem is, that the UI to make this stuff easy and convenient to use, is missing at the moment.
